Fit Physiques offers healthful lifestyle consulting in the form of aerobic and resistance training programs and motivation, in addition to nutritional and cardiovascular exercise guidelines, and meal planning to those in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle maintenance or sports training, your goal is our goal.

Fees for exercise programs that you will follow on your own range from $240 to $360 per 12-, 16-, or 20-week programs (you receive an evaluation first, and then your program is designed according to what equipment you have or will use).

For at-home training with a personal trainer, fees are set according to how many sessions you complete during any given calendar month. If you complete less than 10 sessions (which include cardiovascular training, resistance training and full-body stretching; typically lasting 90-120 minutes), they are billed at $90/each, 10-11 sessions are $80 each, and if you complete 12 or more sessions, they are billed at only $75 each.

Additional services include body fat testing, blood pressure testing, and body measurements at no additional cost.
