Personal Training and Whole Body Healing
Fit Physiques offers healthful lifestyle consulting in
the form of aerobic and resistance training programs and motivation,
in addition to nutritional and cardiovascular exercise
guidelines, and meal planning and preparation to those in the Phoenix Metropolitan
area. We also offer the valuable services of guided meditation, Reiki, hypnotherapy and massage. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle maintenance
or sports training, your goal is our goal. Fees for training programs
may range from $240 to $360 per 12-, 16-, or 20-week program. Additional fees will be added for training and exercise evaluation sessions at $75 per hour or $125 for up to two hours.
Additional services and fees include body fat testing ($5), blood pressure
testing ($5), body measurements ($10), hypnotherapy ($40-90 per session; 30-, 60-, or 120-minute sessions), Reiki ($40-90 per session; 30-, 60-, or 120-minute sessions), and EFT ($40-90 per session; 30-, 60-, or 120-minute sessions). I may also combine modalities at no additional charge; for example, during an EFT session, you may receive Reiki. Additionally, I am available for Group Guided Meditation Gatherings: 1-hr meditation with Reiki ($30 per person). Guided Meditations can be geared for specific goals (e.g., cultivating a prosperity/abundance mentality, changing body image, healing motivation, etc.). Gather a group of 5 or more friends (5 min, 10 max) and plan for an afternoon or evening of healing, relaxation and good company. A great "girl's night out" treat!
